Nicola is an instructor at BFT Katong, where they run 50-minute supervised high intensity work out sessions. BFT offers a variety of 14 class types, that rotate every day functioning like a program instead of just a class. BFT’s program is designed to burn fat and build muscle. Sharon teaches yoga every Tuesday and Saturday at 8pm and 10.30am at FirenGym. If you’re looking for a gym to join, FirenGym is located in the Upper Thomson area, joining the gym would give you access to the gym and group classes. FirenGym offers group classes like Yoga, Zumba and HIIT, and personal training is available as well!

Our sisters at Wild Fig Yoga offer outdoor yoga sessions for those who prefer to practice yoga under open skies. Wild Fig Yoga offers a variety of classes from Pranayama and Meditation to Sunset Flows, and your more conventional Hatha and Vinyasa styles. They conduct all their classes outside the confines of four walls. Wild Fig Yoga also offers a series of membership packages for you to choose from so there is something for everyone!

Victoria teaches a variety of yoga classes at The New Place, located at the Upper Bukit Timah / Beauty World area. Her classes include Beginner Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Neck, Back and Shoulder Opening. The studio also offers a variety of yoga classes like Aerial Yoga, Wheel Yoga, Yoga Conditioning, High-Intensity Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga. They also offer classes like Barre-less and Pilates Matwork. The New Place also offers a different member packages and some are shareable so you can grab a sister to work out with and take classes together!
