RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Received a faulty item? Received the wrong order?

Don’t worry, Sister! We have a 14-day return/exchange policy. Which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Please make sure to inspect your order once you’ve received it and contact us if you notice any defects, damages or if you’ve received a wrong item, so that we can access the issue and help to make it right!

RETURNS

  1. You may request to return your item if there are any damages or issues, or if you simply feel the item is not for you. 

  2. For sizing issues, you may opt for an exchange instead. Please see below for details. 

  3. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged.

  4. The Sister Collective reserves the right to reject a return if items do not pass the terms stated above. (Including items with stains - make up, deodorant, or pet fur)

  5. We currently do not offer cash refunds. Returns will be refunded in the form of The Sister Collective gift cards. 


EXCHANGES

  1. Exchanges are valid for same items only.

  2. Exchanges are valid if the item you received is faulty or if you ordered the incorrect size. 

  3. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged. 

  4. The Sister Collective reserves the right to reject an exchange if items do not pass the terms stated above. (Including items with stains - make up, deodorant, or pet fur, etc.)

To start a return, email us at sales@thesistercollectivesg.com with the subject EXCHANGE/RETURN-[YourOrderNumber] and the following details:

  • Reason for return,
  • Photos/proof of damage/ issue
  • Order number or receipt
  • Your preferred method of exchange
    • Courier service/drop off OR
    • Drop it off to us in person at King Albert Park / Ang Mo Kio Hub / Raffles City (by appointment only – please email us at admin@thesistercollectivesg.com)

    Once the return is accepted, we will send out a return shipping label together with instructions on how to return the package to us.

    ** Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


      EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
      Returns are not valid for items bought on sale.
