How do I track my order?

  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.


What are the shipping rates?

  • Free shipping on orders S$60 and above!
  • For orders below S$60, a delivery fee of S$5 applies.
  • Parcels are usually delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of order. Please expect a delay in shipping during sales and holiday periods. 
  • If there is a need for urgent delivery, please feel free to reach out to us, we will try to work something out for you! 


How to care for my apparel?

  • Wash with like colours in cold water. Machine wash works. 
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not wash with softener.
  • Do not iron.
  • Hanging out to dry is the best!


Where do I go if I have any issues with the products?

  • We appreciate every sister and if your item has any issues, please reach out to us at sales@thesistercollectivesg.com

Do you ship internationally?

  • Unfortunately, we do not have an option to ship outside of Singapore for now, but if you would love to own a piece of The Sister Collective’s apparel, drop us an email at admin@thesistercollectivesg.com and let us know! We might be able to work something out for you!

Do you do refunds?

  • We are unable to do cash refunds as of now, but we do offer a refund in the form of gift cards in the value of your returned items. Please do note that return conditions apply! For more details on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page!
